This is really about telemedicine. The Drupal backend solution + the great iPhone app is really growing.
We are soon coming out with a much nicer release of the iPhone app as well as a really feature rich web version.
BlackBerry version is also coming along after a stop last year because we decided to use a different development approach. A lot of nice stuff and very on the edge in term of mobile technology.
